A thin crash with a shimmering dark tone. The Sabian HHX 20 Thin Crash features a natural finish with sparse hammering and lathing. This results in a crash cymbal that is thinner darker and faster cutting through any mix with a long sustain. The HHX cymbals are extremely versatile and can be implemented in any musical style. A smaller bell ensures a faster attack and a crash cymbal that is lighter in weight than most thin crashes. The HHX crash cymbals are dark controlled and ultimately musical. They are hand-formed from the same B20 bronze alloy responsible for each of Sabians premium cymbal lines. The HHX 20 Thin Crash is the perfect cymbal for any player seeking to capture a taste of the classic HHX dark sound providing the balance speed and projection needed to be heard from the stage.
