Sela 20" Wind Gong Yin & Yang

Available from Gear4Music at 317,38 €.

The Sela 20" Wind Gong Yin & Yang is a handmade traditional gong suited to meditation sound therapy and musical performance. Crafted in China from a special bronze alloy its flat profile without a raised rim creates a broad evenly spreading sound with long sustain and a rich spectrum of overtones. This makes it well suited to creating immersive soundscapes whether youre leading relaxation sessions exploring sound healing or adding atmospheric textures to your music. The polished Yin & Yang design combines contrasting light and dark finishes with finely textured circular patterns that radiate from the centre. Alongside its distinctive appearance these surface variations influence the gongs response and overtone distribution balancing tonal stability with harmonic movement. A fleece-covered beech mallet is included for immediate playability while the black carrying bag makes transport and storage straightforward between rehearsals performances or therapy sessions.
