Basswood is a material that produces warm bassy tones similar to more expensive woods like mahogany. It makes your drums punchy. This model features a 20 bass drum and other drum dimensions that produce a higher pitch and a more focused tone than the bigger 22 version. You can use the Stagg 5pc 20 Drum Kit to play along to any kind of music getting you on track to find your own style of drumming.
