Available from Gear4Music at 23,52 €.

The Attack 18" MicroFlex1 1Ply Thin Clear Drum Head is suited to orchestral jazz and low-volume performance settings. Built from Attacks 7 mil Dynaflex film its designed to respond quickly to lighter strokes making it a good fit for pianissimo playing where detail and control matter. The thin single-ply construction helps produce a bright melodic tone with plenty of sustain which is why this model is commonly chosen as a resonant head on toms.A key part of the sound comes from Attacks pressure-fitted steel hoop. The added mass helps extend sustain while keeping the tone focused even under regular tuning changes. You also get a clear finish that lets the natural character of the drum speak without damping. If youre after a responsive head that supports open sustained tones in more expressive styles this MicroFlex model fits neatly into that role.
