This Denis Wick Straight Eb Tuba Mute is made from hand-spun aluminium. Real cork ensures a snug fit inside of the instrument bell. Denis Wick have produced a durable mute with the "work-hardened" aluminium being both thin and resonant. Incredibly responsive and perfectly in tune in all registers this tuba mute offers projection with minimal resistance. An added strap makes putting in and taking out the mute easier and an indented base adds stability to the sound in the high register. Playing a great fortissimo this is the perfect item for those in large orchestras and bands.
