Glasser Fibreglass Viola Bow Half-Lined Frog Nickel Wire Grip 4/4

Available from Gear4Music at 89,37 €.

The Glasser Fibreglass Viola Bow Half-Lined Frog Nickel Wire Grip 4/4 is a reliable lightweight bow ideal for students. This bow has the same weight and feel as a traditional Brazilwood bow offering a well-balanced playing experience - but also is a lot sturdier than a wooden construction. Unlike wooden bows the Glasser Fibreglass Bow wont warp or break at the tip making it resistant to drops and extreme changes in temperature. This makes it an ideal choice for musicians who frequently travel or play in outdoor venues or for anyone looking for a bow which will last them for years to come. For a high-quality sounding bow there is no alternative to natural horsehair. This traditional material interacts with your instrument to produce an inimitable classic tone. The unbleached white hair is combined expertly in this piece with the fibreglass stick and the bow is finished with a slick metal under-slide nickel silver winding and a comfortable imitation lizard grip. This is an attractive durable bow with great action and excellent playability.
