The Gretsch Permatone 13" Coated Tom Drum Head is suited to drummers needing balanced tone for versatile playing styles. Built using a single layer of 10-mil coated film it gives you a dependable feel with a sound that sits comfortably in most setups. Youll hear a warm open character that lets your tom breathe while still keeping things controlled. The coated surface adds a touch of brightness to each hit helping your strokes cut through without sounding harsh. And because the sustain is kept in check you wont have to fight unwanted overtones when tuning.
