An extremely versatile snare drum – ideal for all styles. Fitted with integrated bearing edges the Gretsch USA Black Copper Snare provides the perfect snare responses. The Gretsch USA Black Copper Snare Drum boasts chunky die-cast hoops to dry out the overtones while supplying a powerful rimshot sound. Additionally a lightning throw-off provides a fast and quiet-to pull toggle to lower the snares immediately without any disruption to your overall sound. This lightning throw-off controls the 42-strand snare wires which deliver the ultimate in thickness and sensitivity.
