The onboard power supply is a key strength delivering 30 percent more current per slot than the usual 500 Series spec. That means even power-hungry modules can operate at full capacity without loss in performance. The steel 3U chassis fits neatly into a standard 19-inch rack making it easy to install into studio furniture or touring racks. Its ready for expansion too. Optional add-ons like a Dante AoIP interface (not included) let you connect your analog gear directly to digital audio networks while the D510mx summing mixer card (not included) turns the rack into a compact summing solution for mixdowns or stem processing. The D510r provides a stable long-term foundation for a modular setup that can grow over time whether used in a permanent studio space or taken out on the road.
