Meinl Sonic Energy Thunder Drum Deep Sound Large

Available from Gear4Music at 91,66 €.

The Meinl Sonic Energy Thunder Drum Deep Sound Large is suited to sound journeys performances and creative sound design focused on natural atmospheres. Designed to recreate the feel of distant thunder it uses a freely hanging metal spring that responds to gentle wrist movements letting you shape slow rolling rumbles with ease. Tap the spring directly and youll hear sharp sizzling accents that cut through a mix adding contrast and texture. You can also open and close the sound hole while playing to introduce subtle pitch shifts and wah-wah style effects giving you more control over each gesture and phrase. Its lightweight synthetic body and integrated handle make it easy to hold for extended sessions whether youre guiding a meditation performing live or experimenting with sound design. Everything is built to be intuitive so you can focus on movement timing and atmosphere rather than technique.
