New improved but still familiar. A new approach to drumstick manufacturing. Meinl SB135 Stick & Brush Hybrid 8A Maple Drumsticks are the result of countless hours of research into just what makes the perfect drumstick. Their hybrid-model wooden tips combine the shape of an acorn-tip with the shorter length of a barrel-tip producing a warmer rounder sound with a smooth cymbal attack. Made to perform night after night. The Meinl Hybrid Maple sticks feature a slightly increased length with a longer shoulder taper giving a lively yet controlled rebound and super fast response - perfect for intricate fills and uptempo beats alike. Theyre constructed from American hard maple and have been precisely matched in weight and pitch giving you a reliable predictable tone every time you take the stage.
