The Music Man JP15 Quilted Maple in Green Tiger Eye is a high-performance signature guitar developed in collaboration with John Petrucci. Built for precision versatility and modern playability the JP15 combines striking aesthetics with advanced electronics and premium craftsmanship. A quilted maple top finished in the vivid Green Tiger Eye colour gives the guitar a distinctive appearance while its lightweight design and sculpted neck joint ensure exceptional comfort and access across the fretboard. The guitar features a roasted figured maple neck and fingerboard finished with a hand-rubbed oil and wax blend for a smooth natural feel. DiMarzio Illuminator humbuckers deliver powerful articulate tones designed specifically for the JP15 while the integrated Fishman Powerbridge piezo system adds convincing acoustic-style sounds. A custom Music Man active preamp with a 20+ dB gain boost expands the tonal range even further making the JP15 a versatile instrument capable of handling everything from detailed clean passages to high-gain progressive tones.
