The Pearl Masterworks 22 5pc Shell Pack is a custom design chosen by drummers for drummers. This shell pack includes a 22 x 18 bass drum 16 x 14 floor tom 12 x 8 rack tom a 10 x 7 rack tom and a 14 x 6 snare drum. Each of the shells are made from 4-plies 5mm of eucalyptus maple and mahogany with a 4-ply maple reinforcement ring. This shell build-up provides a perfect blend of power and tone that sits perfectly in any style of music. The maple reinforcement ring enhances this by increasing the sustain and low-end of each drum. Overall the Masterworks shell pack offers a versatile studio-ready sound that drummers crave. A premium shell is incomplete without high-quality hardware to match. The shells are fitted with 1.6mm Fat Tone hoops to increase the resonance and the tuning stability and reliability of each drum. These hoops also offer a perfectly flat playing surface – ideal for rimshot and cross-stick playing.
