PSP FETpressor

Available from Gear4Music at 97,60 €.

The PSP FETpressor is a faithful emulation of a vintage FET compressor recreating that classic punch and power associated with the FET architecture. Inspired by iconic FET compression units from the 1970s the FETpressor captures the unique tonal character and precision controls. Whilst staying true to classic compression units the FETPressor also features a dry signal blend so you can achieve parallel compression with ease - perfect for fattening up drum tracks! Packed with everything youd expect the plugin features an internal side-chain HPF (high-pass filter) and a smoothly adjustable compression ratio. The high-pass filter is perfect for reining in unwanted low-frequency pumping. Part of PSPs Zero-Latency Processing plugin range the FETpressor is perfect in the studio or for live monitoring. If youre looking to add some subtle character to your audio source you can use the makeup amplifier and output transformer emulations to achieve the sound you want. This plugin is a must-have for any music producer/audio engineers arsenal capturing the iconic sound and processing capabilities with meticulous detail. You can throw it on virtually any audio source and it will shine; from guitars and bass to drums and vocals.
