Rickenbacker 4003 Bass Satin Mapleglo

Available from Gear4Music at 3 526,60 €.

The Rickenbacker 4003 Bass is an iconic instrument with a solid maple body and through-body maple neck construction. This creates a resonant foundation with excellent sustain and the immediate response that suits every playing style. On this model the maple body is complemented by a limited edition Satin Mapleglo finish. A bound rosewood fingerboard triangular inlays and instantly recognisable contours preserve the classic 4003 aesthetic while the understated natural satin treatment gives this particular version an elegant distinctive appearance. Two single-coil pickups provide the clear articulate character associated with the 4003 complemented by a vintage tone control accessed through a push-pull switch on the treble tone knob. Engage it when you want additional bite and crispness or keep things fuller for a broader bass response. The RIC bridge and tailpiece provide a solid foundation for the strings while Schaller Deluxe machine heads support accurate tuning. Complete with a traditional Rickenbacker hard case and certificate of authenticity the 4003 combines timeless character with exceptional tone.
