Available from Gear4Music at 999,42 €.

The Sela 28" Chau Gong Yin & Yang is a handmade traditional gong for meditation sound therapy and musical performance. Crafted in China from a special bronze alloy it produces deep fundamental tones with a broad overtone spectrum and long-lasting resonance. Its responsive character lets you explore a wide range of dynamics and playing techniques making it suitable for everything from gentle sound baths to dramatic musical accents.A polished Yin & Yang design creates an eye-catching finish with contrasting light and dark surfaces surrounded by fine circular textures that add visual depth. These surface variations also influence the gongs tonal response and overtone distribution balancing stable fundamentals with evolving harmonics. A velvet-covered mallet with a maple handle is included giving you everything needed to start playing straight away. And when its time to travel or store the gong the included black carrying bag helps keep it protected between sessions.
