Available from Gear4Music at 94,07 €.

The Soundtoys Sie-Q 5 is an authentic recreation of a vintage German hardware EQ boasting a rich and musical sound that will take your tracks from rough and raw to professional and radio-ready. Using proprietary component level modelling the Soundtoys Sie-Q accurately emulates the discrete silicon transistor design of the original hardware to deliver a beautiful sound with a simple and intuitive layout to instantly add vintage EQ to your tracks and mixes. An often under-appreciated component of mixing and mastering EQ is arguably the most powerful and important aspect in shaping and sculpting your tracks. With Sie-Q you are given the tools to transform and carve out your performances to fit the context of your mix or to simply add vintage flair and character to your sound. Featuring an intuitive layout of three frequency bands and an output Drive section the Sie-Q requires a very little learning curve to allow you to add vintage analog tone to your tracks quickly and easily without tedious boundaries like menu-diving that stifle creativity. Each band is tuned to perfection to provide you with all the character and tonal shaping you need within that range. The low-frequency band lets you add oomph and weight to thin and weak tracks whereas the frequency-switchable mid-range lets you hone in on a specific targetted frequency to fine-tune the most important part of your instruments tone and the high-frequency range is tailored perfectly for vocal performances thanks to the broadcasting roots of the original hardware counterpart. In traditional Soundtoys fashion the Drive circuit allows you to take your signal into overdrive and add complex saturation and harmonics to your bass tracks vocals drums and much more.
