A round tip alternative to the American Classic drumsticks - perfect for all drumming applications. The Vic Firth American Sound 5B Drumsticks. With a rounded drumstick tip these 5Bs offer drummers the ability to change their sound and colour without sacrificing feel or balance of the original American Classic drumsticks. Whilst being slightly thicker and heavier than a standard 5A stick the classic 5Bs are suitable to cover all styles. And made by Vic Firth - you know youre getting your moneys worth. What about the sound? They are made from a durable and reliable special hickory - the key ingredient for top quality long-lasting drumsticks. The wooden tips provide a warmer darker sound consistently across the entire drum kit. These tips are of a round shape providing increased focus and clarity to drums and cymbals due to the reduced surface area.
