The Yamaha FG7 R Acoustic Guitar Natural is an FG dreadnought-style acoustic built around solid tonewoods and a traditional Japanese aesthetic. Its solid Sitka spruce top uses scalloped X-bracing and is paired with a thicker back board delivering powerful projection while retaining sensitivity. Solid Indian rosewood forms the back and sides contributing full lows and rich harmonics. Black and cream body binding a wooden rope-pattern soundhole inlay and tortoise-pattern pickguard provide refined visual detailing. A one-piece African mahogany neck features a rounded V-shaped profile designed for enhanced comfort and playability complemented by an ebony fingerboard with a 400 mm radius. The ebony bridge is fitted with a bone nut and saddle alongside ebony bridge pins while Gotoh SXN510 Cosmo Black tuners complete the hardware. Elixir NANOWEB 80/20 Bronze Light strings are fitted as standard. A hardshell case hex wrench and Certificate of Authenticity are also included with the guitar.
