Yamaha Keiko Abe Signature MKA-S7 Yarn Wound Mallets Very Soft

Available from Gear4Music at 84,67 €.

The Yamaha Keiko Abe Signature MKA-S7 Yarn Wound Mallets are designed for players seeking a deeply resonant soft tone with exceptional warmth and body. Developed alongside marimba virtuoso Keiko Abe these mallets feature a yarn head that provides both tonal clarity and expressive control. The very soft construction is ideal for rich resonant passages and delicate phrasing in lower registers. Each mallet includes a 430mm rattan shaft giving a natural flexible feel that supports smooth movement and precise dynamics. The heavier head design helps draw out the full resonance of the marimbas tone bars offering both warmth and depth across complex repertoire. Perfect for advanced performers the MKA-S7 mallets combine comfort expressiveness and tonal refinement in one beautifully balanced design.
