The Gear4Music Chicago Bass Guitar pack at £130 is my pick from these options: it explicitly includes a 15W bass amp and accessories. The £80 VISIONSTRING pack is the cheaper alternative, but check its contents before buying.
For a first bass setup, the Gear4Music Chicago Bass Guitar Trans Red Burst 15W Bass Amp & Accessory Pack is the clearest choice here. At the supplied best new price of £130, it comes within budget with a bass, an amp and accessories named in the package.
