The LD Systems BM1 Boundary Layer Microphone features a unique hemispherical pickup pattern which makes it ideal for use recording pianos live theatre or conference audio. The flat floor mounted design eliminates unwanted reflections from the floor preventing phase issues and providing a very smooth frequency response. The 50 Hz - 20 kHz frequency response offers superb speech intelligibility making the boundary microphone useful for conferences or corporate events.
