Instead of relying on unpredictable germanium components Vox engineers analysed prized originals and developed a carefully voiced silicon design that recreates the musical interaction of the best vintage units without the familiar downsides. Precision biasing expands the sweet spot for smoother cleanup from your guitar volume while keeping noise low and performance stable night after night and gig after gig.
