The exterior is formed from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) shells, a thermoplastic polymer known for its high impact resistance and toughness. This shell acts as the primary barrier against physical impacts and environmental factors.

Inside, the case employs a specialised suspension system. Rather than the guitar resting directly against the hard outer frame, it is cradled by injected foam cushions. These cushions are strategically placed to support the instrument at its strongest points while keeping the delicate areas, such as the neck and headstock, suspended and isolated from vibrations or shock.
