The unit is treated with an ecological Proterra-lacquer, ensuring the instrument is non-toxic and safe for children to handle during intensive classroom use.

To assist with musical literacy, each sound bar features printed note lines. This visual aid is designed to help beginners and young students quickly identify specific pitches, facilitating a smoother transition from rote learning to reading notation.
