Softube

Softube is a Swedish developer of audio software and hardware for music production, recording and mixing. Its range includes effects plug-ins, software instruments and dedicated mixing controllers. The brand is known for modelling analogue studio equipment in software, including products developed in collaboration with established audio manufacturers.

The Console 1 system combines physical controls with software channel processing, providing a hardware interface for computer-based mixing. Products include the Console 1 MKIII and Console 1 Fader MKIII, alongside software options such as American Class A, British Class A and SSL 4000 E-Series for Console 1. These sit alongside other Softube tools that draw on studio processors from manufacturers including Chandler Limited and Empirical Labs.

On MyGear, Softube has 18 products currently in stock at partner retailers, priced from £55 to £911. The listed categories are MIDI controllers and stands, with products including the Flow Studio Control Surface and Flow Studio Wooden Stand. This selection spans lower-priced accessories and software options through to higher-priced dedicated mixing hardware, rather than representing the full Softube catalogue.
