Het verhaal

VARTA is a German battery brand with roots dating to 1887. Its range includes alkaline batteries, lithium coin cells and rechargeable batteries for consumer electronics and portable equipment. It is known for standard-format batteries rather than musical instruments or dedicated audio equipment.

On MyGear, VARTA sits in the low-cost consumables category, with 11 products currently in stock at partner retailers and listed prices ranging from €1 to €5. These include LongLife Power alkaline batteries in 9V, AAA, C and D formats, alongside CR2016, CR1620, CR2032, CR2025 and CR2430 lithium coin cells and the V23GA 12V alkaline battery.

For music-gear collections, these products serve as replacement power sources for equipment that specifies the corresponding battery type. The range spans several sizes and voltages, so compatibility depends on the requirements of the individual device.
