Boz Mongoose

Available from Gear4Music at € 47,03.

The Boz Mongoose is a powerful mixing tool panner and mid-side processor. By summing all frequencies below a threshold to mono Mongoose creates a natural sounding mix in all environments whether produced by headphones or loudspeakers. The effect of Mongoose is two-fold. To create a natural balance in your mix but also to create a satisfying illusion of space. By summing audio below the threshold to mono Mongoose focuses the centre image while creating a greater illusion of space in the stereo field. The process of mongoose lends to a simplified mixing process and makes it simple to achieve a focused centre image with plenty of width on either side. The applications of Mongoose allow you to tighten the low end of your mix while ensuring mix translation while creating contrast with high-frequency widening. These abilities are presented within a sleek and intuitive user interface and are achieved with no phase issues when summing to mono.
