Available from Gear4Music at € 798,45.

The British Drum Co. Merlin 14 x 6.5 Maple & Birch Snare Drum is suited to drummers needing reliable performance across varied musical styles and settings. Built from a 20-ply shell combining maple and birch it delivers a focused low-end with added brightness and projection. This balanced construction helps your playing cut through while still retaining warmth where it matters. The Palladium snare strainer offers smooth dependable operation while chrome-plated lugs with ThreadGrip technology help keep your tuning locked in. This means fewer adjustments mid-session and more time focused on playing. And with its responsive shell you can easily shift between low dry tones and tighter more articulate sounds. Finished with a black tulip veneer and subtle inlaid pinstripes the Merlin also features handcrafted badges that highlight its British build. Its a practical choice when you need consistency control and a wide tuning range in one snare.
