Cherry Audio Pro Soloist

Available from Gear4Music at € 45,86.

The Cherry Audio Pro Soloist is a powerful virtual instrument that takes the iconic monophonic analog synth from 1972 and enhances it with modern features. Designed by renowned developer Mark Barton this synth goes beyond mere emulation offering full programmability and expanded capabilities. With its dual-layer voicing architecture the Pro Soloist allows you to use two different presets simultaneously creating rich stereo timbres and layered sounds. It also supports split keyboard mode and can simulate polyphonic aftertouch with a monophonic aftertouch controller giving you even more expressive performance possibilities. The three-panel interface of the Pro Soloist provides easy access to its extensive set of features. In Performance mode the original paddle presets are recreated and can be mapped to MIDI switches. In Edit mode you have full control over the analog synthesis architecture including the powerful five-bandpass filter "Resonator Bank" that adds realistic acoustic orchestra timbres. The Pro Soloist also features a "Super Wave" oscillator and a six-slot modulation matrix for advanced sound design and performance possibilities. Additionally it offers a syncable arpeggiator and a variety of studio-quality effects including distortion phaser flanger/chorus echo and reverb. With full MIDI support the Pro Soloist seamlessly integrates into your music production environment. Experience the timeless sound of the ARP synth with modern capabilities and unleash your creativity with the Cherry Audio Pro Soloist.
