Denis Wick Heritage Cornet Mouthpiece 4.5 Silver Plated

Available from Gear4Music at € 97,01.

The Denis Wick Heritage Cornet Mouthpiece Silver Plated 4.5 is for brass band players ensemble musicians and cornet players seeking a balanced responsive feel. It retains the trusted Denis Wick sizing while refining how the mouthpiece responds across the range. Following the Heritage design approach extra mass is positioned closer to the throat and base of the cup. This helps centre the sound and add focus supporting a stable controlled tone in section and solo playing. To offset the added weight the upper walls and rim are thinned making articulation feel lighter and more secure particularly in higher registers. The 4.5 size features a 16.4 mm cup diameter with an open backbore offering a touch more flexibility than a size 4 without feeling loose. Finished in silver plate the mouthpiece feels smooth on the embouchure and delivers a clean dependable response for rehearsals concerts and contests.
