Gibraltar Black Ball Beater

Available from Gear4Music at € 17,63.

Get more from your bass drum beater. In almost any situation where youre substituting a real bass drum with something else the Gibraltar Black Ball Beater will turn that unpleasant wooden smack into a pleasing rounded thump. Whether its a suitcase drumset an electronic kit or a cajon the GBBB provides an authentic kick drum feel replicating the way a real bass drum skin absorbs the energy of your regular beater. Not only does this help you to play more naturally but it improves the bass response of acoustic instruments too reducing the harsh knocking tone a regular beater makes and increasing the low end for a full-bodied bass drum boom.
