Hohner Marine Band Thunderbird Harmonica Low G

Available from Gear4Music at € 129,35.

The Hohner Marine Band Thunderbird Harmonica is a low-pitched diatonic harmonica suited to players wanting deeper fuller tones. Tuned an octave below standard harmonicas in Low G it gives you a rich lower register that can hold its own alongside guitar bass and drums. Its tapered asymmetrical cover design helps prevent reed rattle while providing enough room for the low draw reeds to move freely.Special reed profiles maintain a fast response and strong volume at these unusually low pitches so you can play with definition across its three-octave range. The lacquered bamboo comb features an UltraGlide-coated mouthpiece to help prevent swelling and provide a comfortable playing surface complemented by rounded reed plate edges and channel openings. Plus Torx screws provide secure construction while making maintenance straightforward.
