Available from Gear4Music at € 1.221,79.

The Ibanez UB804 is a modern electric upright bass designed to make the transition from bass guitar to upright as smooth and intuitive as possible. Built around a familiar 34 inch scale length it feels immediately approachable while delivering the depth and nuance associated with upright tone. A compact maple wing body keeps the instrument visually striking and easy to transport without sacrificing projection or acoustic character. At the heart of the sound is the AeroSilk piezo system designed to capture the sense of air and detail that defines upright bass. Whether plucked or bowed the UB804 responds naturally making it equally suitable for jazz classical and contemporary styles. Supplied with a padded gig bag and a custom upright stand it is a complete solution for players who want expressive upright tone in a practical stage ready format.
