Available from Gear4Music at € 737,31.

The Ludwig 14 x 5" Acrolite Snare Drum 10 Lugs is a USA-made aluminium snare for players who want dry cracking tone with clear articulation. First introduced in the 1960s it quickly found its way from classrooms onto professional stages thanks to its focused controlled sound. At the heart of the drum is a 1.6mm seamless beaded aluminium shell. It keeps overtones in check while maintaining a sharp responsive attack that works brilliantly in studio sessions and live mixes alike. The 2.3mm steel triple-flanged hoops help you get a balanced feel under the stick whether youre playing tight backbeats or lighter ghost notes. A P86C throw-off and P35P butt plate make snare adjustments simple and dependable and the Remo Coated Ambassador batter with a Clear Snare Side head ensures consistent response straight out of the box. Finished with chrome twin lugs and the classic Keystone badge this Monroe-built Acrolite stays true to its original design while fitting easily into modern setups.
