Available from Gear4Music at € 876,06.

The Meinl 22" Byzance Foundry Reserve China Ride is an exceptional addition to any drummers arsenal. Crafted from B20 bronze alloy this cymbal has been meticulously hand-hammered to create a truly unique and captivating sound. With its thin weight the Byzance Foundry China Ride delivers the articulate knock that China rides are renowned for. However dont be fooled by its delicate nature as this cymbal easily opens up to a powerful roar thanks to its large size and complex hand-hammering. The addition of four rivets adds just the right amount of sizzle perfect for long-decay crash accents. For even more versatility try playing this cymbal with a mallet to unlock a whole new dimension of sound. Part of the limited Byzance Foundry Reserve collection this cymbal is not only sonically rich but visually striking. The extra hammering creates deep craters across the surface giving it a one-of-a-kind appearance. Combined with the fully lathed top and bottom the cymbal produces a clear dry stick-attack note over a lush bed of low undertones - also known as "the roar." Ideal for fusion studio R&B funk and jazz music styles the Meinl 22" Byzance Foundry Reserve China Ride offers a complex and dark character. Its medium to short sustain low volume and mid-dark timbre make it a versatile choice for any drummer seeking a unique sound.
