Meinl Classics Custom Dual 20 Ride

Available from Gear4Music at € 316,32.

The Meinl Classics Custom Dual 20 Ride is a dark complex and musical ride cymbal producing bright shimmers to dark warm washes - perfect for crashing. State of the art computerised hammering combined with two surface treatment methods has created a unique blend of brilliance and darkness musically appropriate in a variety of settings. The B12 bronze alloy produces a quick and well defined stick attack with shimmery overtones simultaneously delivering a dark and complex wash. Two surface treatments - the dark centre and lathed edge - allow exploration of the harmonious voices available. A lower fundamental pitch allows this to cut through without being too brilliant in a mix blending into your kit in the studio and on stage. Visually striking design makes this ride a standout member of any cymbal set-up sounding as unique as it looks.
