Meinl Percussion 8 1/2" Mountable Salsa Cowbell C-Tuning

Available from Gear4Music at € 85,25.

The Meinl Percussion 8 1/2" Mountable Salsa Cowbell is designed for percussionists and drummers playing pitch-conscious salsa Latin and Afro-Cuban styles. Tuned precisely to C this cowbell blends naturally with the rest of your setup helping rhythmic parts sit comfortably within the music rather than cutting across it. The 8 1/2" size gives you a clear assertive attack while still keeping control over excessive ring. That balance comes from Meinls special steel alloy which manages overtones and resonance for a more focused usable sound on stage or in the studio. The mountable design makes it easy to add to percussion racks or drum kits keeping it firmly in place during energetic performances. Finished with careful workmanship in Thailand it delivers the familiar timbales-style cowbell character that works well across traditional and modern salsa setups.
