Available from Gear4Music at € 163,45.

The Meinl Sonic Energy 2-piece Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork Set Alpha is suited to anyone exploring relaxation techniques sound therapy or guided meditation. You get two specially tuned forks a 128 Hz Master Fork and a 139 Hz Alpha Fork designed to work together at your ears. When you hold one fork to each side your brain picks up the difference between the frequencies and settles into an 8-12 Hz state linked with calm focus. This can support stress reduction and gentle learning routines. Each fork is larger and heavier than standard models so they ring for longer and dont need to be struck as often. Thats handy if youre working through slow uninterrupted sessions. The set also includes cotton bags and a wooden holder to keep everything organised between uses. Just be mindful of overstimulation if youre supporting someone with epilepsy or heart conditions.
