Meinl Sonic Energy 2-piece Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork Set Beta

Available from Gear4Music at € 163,45.

The Meinl Sonic Energy 2-piece Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork Set Beta is ideal for focused sound therapy meditation sessions and work that centres on alertness and mental clarity. You get a Master Fork at 128 Hz and a Beta fork at 150 Hz giving you the exact difference needed to guide the brain into a Beta state. These frequencies sit in the 12?30 Hz range where concentration and analytical thinking naturally increase. The forks themselves are larger and heavier than standard designs so they ring for longer without constant re-striking (which can make a real difference during a calm treatment). Holding one fork to each ear allows the brain to perceive the third resulting frequency a simple technique that can be easy to introduce into your routine. You also get cotton bags and a wooden holder keeping everything protected and ready for your next session.
