Newfangled Saturate

Available from Gear4Music at € 54,09.

Newfangled Saturate is an intelligent saturator plug-in that is perfect for mixing and mastering individual tracks groups or full mixes. Powered by the proprietary Spectral Clipping technology Saturate allows you to add grit and overdrive to any instrument whilst retaining clarity and definition even when driven to the maximum. Intelligently analysing the EQ curve of your audio source Saturate applies saturation and overdrive to each frequency individually in your track. Where traditional saturators apply the overdrive evenly across the whole spectrum and result in a boomy muddy sound Saturate allows you to add up to 24dB of gain while maintaining the natural sonic structure of your audio. Featuring both hard and soft clipping modes that is selectable through a smooth slider Saturate offers a wide variety of sounds available making it the ultimate tool for the modern producer and mixing engineer. Whether youre looking to add excitement and energy to a full mix or transparently reduce the dynamic range of an individual channel Saturate is the ultimate mixing and mastering tool.
