Available from Gear4Music at € 92,90.

The Paiste 12" PSTX Swiss Flanger Crash is suited to drummers who need fast attention-grabbing accents and unusual textures. Its perforated design creates an exotic warm sound with a slightly metallic edge producing an explosive response that fades away quickly. This makes it useful when you want impactful hits that dont overwhelm the rest of your setup. With a medium pitch range and a complex rich character it adds unique colours to a wide variety of musical styles. The soft flabby feel responds easily to lighter playing while the washy stick sound keeps accents expressive and dynamic. Its integrated bell blends naturally into the overall voice maintaining a cohesive sound across the cymbal. And because its highly responsive to touch its also well-suited to hand percussion techniques giving you another way to add distinctive sounds to your performances.
