The Pirastro Eudoxa 15.75 Violin G String features a complex sound for the advanced musician. The gut core offers warm and harmonically rich tone which is ideal for traditional styles. This string is wound with silver for a more controlled response as well as long lasting durability. The medium tension gauge has the optimum balance between a flexible feel and loud projection. This model features a knot tailpiece end and is designed for full size violins. The Eudoxa series of strings offer players a broad range of sound possibilities. The strings all feature gut cores for orchestra tuning. The gut is manufactured wound and polished by hand. This gives the strings a traditional sound with subtle nuances of uniqueness and a more organic response. As well as tone the Eudoxa strings also have a comfortable feel that is light to touch on your hands. This is ideal for live musicians who want to play full gigs without feeling wear on their left hand. In studio situations the Eudoxa strings add depth and harmonics to your songs for a more detailed recording.
