The Rotosound FM66 Funkmaster Bass Strings are built for bassists who want a crisp slap-friendly tone with easy playability and precise response. Designed in collaboration with Mark King of Level 42 this custom gauge set (30-50-70-90) gives you a lighter feel without losing definition making fast fingerstyle and slap techniques a breeze. Made from stainless steel with a roundwound construction they produce a naturally bright tone with medium output—perfect for cutting through in funk pop and modern genres. These strings sit within the Swing Bass 66 family and are long scale making them compatible with most standard bass guitars. Whether youre chasing that classic funk attack or want to tighten up your groove the FM66 set gives you a reliable articulate sound that responds well under the fingers.
