The Sela 12 Yellow Crystal Singing Bowl is ideal for meditation sound therapy and personal wellness routines. Crafted from quartz crystal and shaped using a precision melting and centrifuge process it delivers clear sustained tones with a strong fundamental and gentle harmonic overtones. Its tuned to the E note at 432 Hz a frequency often associated with calm and relaxation and aligned with the solar plexus chakra. This makes it especially suited to practices aimed at emotional balance and personal empowerment. The frosted yellow gradient design adds visual appeal while supporting chakra alignment. Included are a wooden mallet with a rubber head for varied playing techniques and a silicone ring that ensures safe positioning and optimal resonance. Whether played solo or with other 432 Hz instruments this bowl creates a deeply immersive sonic experience.
