The Sela 14 Crystal Singing Bowl 440Hz Note C is ideal for meditation practitioners sound therapists and musicians looking for clear resonant tones that support focused sessions. Made from quartz crystal using a centrifugal moulding process this bowl produces long-lasting spherical tones with rich harmonic overtones that carry further and ring longer than traditional metal bowls. Its 14 diameter and tuning to note C at 440Hz make it easy to combine with other instruments tuned to standard Western pitch. The frosted finish with a rough white surface gives it a modern yet calming appearance that suits yoga studios and therapy spaces. A rubber-headed wooden mallet allows for both gentle striking and smooth rubbing while the included silicone ring keeps the bowl stable and ensures clean sound projection during use.
