The Sela 20" Wind Gong Dark Moon is perfect for meditation sound therapy and live performances that demand a rich natural tone. Handmade in China using a special bronze alloy this gong produces deep earthy vibrations that vary based on where and how its struck. This allows for a wide range of dynamic and tonal possibilities making it more expressive than it first appears. The untreated surface brings out a dark rustic look and a complex sound spectrum while visible hand-hammering marks and natural patina add to its unique character. The flat shape of the gong helps it deliver resonant tones that linger creating a calming atmosphere. It also comes complete with a fleece-headed beech mallet and a zippered carry bag so youre ready to go right out of the box.
