The SOMA Laboratory Terra Organic is a stand-alone performance instrument for experimental musicians composers and sound explorers. The Terra Organic brings together tactile control microtonal freedom and deep digital synthesis in a form that stays focused on hands-on playing. The twelve-note metal keyboard responds to both velocity and pressure allowing you to shape attack sustain vibrato and glissandi directly through touch. Four pitch shifting sensors dramatically extend the range covering the span of a grand piano while keeping the footprint compact. Each note and interval can be tuned with high precision making Terra Organic a practical tool for microtonal composition and expressive melodic work. With 32 carefully designed synthesis algorithms a built-in effects processor and a high quality analog output stage Terra Organic is ready for studio sessions and live performance without additional gear.
