Available from Gear4Music at € 137,00.

The Vandoren M30 Lyre Profile 88 Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece 13 Series is suited to players needing a focused tone with slightly freer airflow and dependable tuning at A = 440Hz. Its more open tip than the standard M30 allows increased air flow helping you produce a broader sound while maintaining control. This balance supports stable intonation particularly in ensemble settings where clarity and blend are essential. The Profile 88 beak slightly adjusts the angle of the mouthpiece giving you a flatter more natural embouchure (useful if you prefer a lower profile feel). This added comfort can reduce fatigue and support cleaner articulation over longer sessions. Paired with a long facing the response feels more flexible allowing you to shape phrases with greater freedom while keeping airflow smooth and even. Made from ebonite it provides a stable tonal core with consistent resistance supporting both section playing and more exposed passages.
