The Vox VRM-1 Real McCoy Wah Wah Pedal is a faithful recreation of the original vintage McCoy wah model first introduced by Vox in 1967. Renowned for its iconic nasal tone this pedal is all about delivering that classic sound with an accentuated midrange. It imparts a warm and melodic character to your guitar allowing you to capture the same iconic sound that made the wah pedal a staple in the arsenal of renowned guitarists like Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton. Voxs engineers have meticulously replicated the exact tonal characteristics of the original vintage McCoy wah model going down to the component level to ensure an authentic recreation. The result is a pedal that stays true to the iconic sound of the past giving you that unmistakable wah effect for expressive lead guitar playing. The VRM-1 enhances the midrange and underscores the articulation of each note letting you experience the iconic nasal tone that shaped the sound of rock and blues.
